Part 1- Cancel Order
We only accept cancellations within 12 hours after placing an order. Afterwards, the cancellation will be decided by the competent authority of footballjersy.
Part 2- Returns
Customized orders do not offer returns or refunds.
Returns are only applicable for manufacturing defects or defects during transportation. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Our policy lasts for one day (24 hours) after product delivery. If your order has been delivered within 1 day (24 hours) or more than 30 days since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Part 3- Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 days.
Part 4- Delayed or Omitted Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is posted.

Part 5- Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to replace the same product, please send an email to youge138@outlook.com .
If there is a size issue, a reshipment fee of $35 will be charged for each jersey. In addition, you need to send back products in the same condition to us. After retrieving the product, new goods of different sizes will be sent.
The shipment will be completed within 2 working days and is expected to be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
To return your product, you should mail it to the nearest warehouse designated by us via email.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item. The shipping fee is non refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.
The time required for the replacement product to reach your hands may vary depending on your place of residence.
If the value of the goods you want to ship exceeds $75, you should consider using traceable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the product you return.
